Hi everyone!!
Summer is most definately upon us and with it comes nice sunny evenings - doors open - cool drinks in hand and lots of smiles and laughter in the classes :)
WHOLE CLUB NEWS: Many thanks to everyone for paying their balance for Torquay - I will be sending out travel information a little nearer the time! :) not long now!! wahhooo!!!

Let's begin with Mondays at Oak Lodge School - West Wickham
During July there will be a SUNDAY SPECIAL on the afternoon of Sunday July 13th at Oak Lodge for our lovely dancers and their experienced dancing friends who may like to come along too!
Doors will open at 2.30 with an hours Review Workshop - No new dances as promised!! Just walkthroughs of any dances you would like reminders of before the party begins at 3.30!! We then party on with a summery feel until 6 p.m.!!
I will be providing some cool refreshing summery drinks, and there will be a 'share a plate' buffet (please write down what you would like to bring on the list by the door closer to the time)...
There will also be a PRIZE RAFFLE (no donations this time thank you) and the return of THE PIGGY POT - WINNER TAKES ALL! draw....
It's going to be a lot of fun - so please do try your best to come along and join in the fun fun fun!
There will be NO CLASS ON MONDAY 14TH JULY or JULY 21ST
All other Mondays in July will run as per usual!
Classes are on as normal throughout August with the exception of Monday 11th.
THURSDAY NIGHTS AT THE NEWELL CENTRE - CHICHESTER
Classes run as normal on Thursday evenings throughout July and August with two exceptions.
THERE ARE NO CLASSES ON THURSDAY 17TH JULY OR THURSDAY AUGUST 14TH. My apologies.
OUR BIG SUMMER PARTY WITH ALAN GREGORY IN AUGUST IS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT NOW - MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED TICKETS! IF YOU HAVE ASKED ME TO RESERVE TICKETS FOR YOU I WILL HAVE THEM ON ME THIS WEEK - I NEED TO SELL THEM SOON - SO WILL ONLY HOLD THEM FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR SO UNLESS I HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN, AS THERE IS A WAITING LIST FOR TICKETS NOW :)
FRIDAY AFTERNOONS 'SIMPLY LINE DANCE' CLASS - NEWELL CENTRE CHICHESTER
aLL classes willl run as normal throughout July & August with two exceptions:

SATURDAY AFTERNOON AT THE VIKING - SELSEY
all classes will run as normal throughout July & August...
with ONE exception - this coming Saturday July 5th - my class will be held at the earlier times of 11 - 2 p.m. this is because its AMERICANA DAY at the Viking and there will be other activities going on outside the Viking - this will NOT affect your usual lessons so please do come along and join in the fun!
The line up for line dance socials at the Viking looks like this:
SATURDAY 5TH JULY - RICHARD PALMER
SATURDAY 12TH JULY - TONY ROUSE
SATURDAY 19TH JULY - MT ALLEN
SATURDAY 26TH JULY - NO LINEDANCE SOCIAL - instead there will be a Bunn Leisure show For all seasons taking place. There are two line dance socials in the Viking during the month of August:
SATURDAY 9TH AUGUST - THE TRAVIS COLLINS BAND
SATURDAY 30TH AUGUST - LASS VEGAS
(dont forget we have ALAN GREGORY AT THE NEWELL CENTRE ON SATURDAY AUGUST 23RD!)
